Welcome to Dynamis. Your privacy is a top priority. This policy clearly and transparently explains how your data is handled when you use the app.

  1. Your Personal Data (Workouts, Measurements, and Photos) Dynamis is designed to ensure that your data remains yours. All the data you enter into the app (workout plans, personal records, body weight, measurements, and progress diary photos) is saved exclusively locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud synchronization for your device, your data may be securely synced to your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit framework. The developer has absolutely no access to this data, your photos, or your workouts.

  2. Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration Dynamis integrates with the Apple Health app (HealthKit) on your iPhone and Apple Watch to provide a seamless fitness tracking experience.

Data we read: With your explicit permission, Dynamis reads your Heart Rate and Active Energy Burned to display real-time metrics during your workouts.

Data we write: With your explicit permission, Dynamis saves your completed workout sessions and active calories directly to your Apple Health app.

Strict Health Data Guarantee: Your HealthKit data is handled with the utmost security. It is never sent to any external servers, never sold or shared with third parties, and never used for marketing, advertising, or data mining purposes. It remains strictly on your device and within your personal Apple Health ecosystem.

  1. Usage Data and Analytics (TelemetryDeck) To understand how to improve the app, Dynamis uses a privacy-first analytics service called TelemetryDeck. TelemetryDeck is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy (GDPR compliant). It collects only anonymous usage data, such as:

When you open the app.

When you start or complete a workout.

Which features you interact with the most (e.g., viewing the progress diary).

What we DO NOT collect: TelemetryDeck does not collect your name, email, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information. The collected data is aggregated and can never be linked back to you as an individual.

  1. Required App Permissions To provide the best experience, Dynamis may request access to:

Photo Library / Camera: Exclusively to allow you to add photos to your “Progress Diary” or set a profile picture. These photos never leave your device or your private iCloud.

Notifications: Used locally to enhance your app experience, such as alerting you when your rest timer is up, sending workout reminders, or providing other relevant updates to keep you on track.

  1. Data Sharing with Third Parties We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties. The only integrated third-party service is TelemetryDeck (used strictly for the anonymous statistics explained in section 3). Third-party services may have their own privacy policies governing the use of their services. (Note: As stated in section 2, HealthKit data is strictly excluded from any sharing).

  2. Data Deletion Because your data is stored entirely on your device and your personal iCloud account, you have total control over it. You can delete all Dynamis data at any time by deleting the app from your device or removing the app’s data from your iCloud storage in your iOS settings.
